Kaitlyn Mutrie

Hi my name is Kaitlyn! I am a wife, a mom to two beautiful kiddos an Army veteran, a registered nurse and a Peloton fanatic.

I will be taking my years of medical knowledge and skills and incorporating it with the many modalities of holistic wellness while focusing on the health foundations. My holistic wellness journey began when I was looking for answers for my son which then blossomed into my own incredible healing journey.

It’s important to me to empower you with knowledge and simple recommendations that you can implement into your daily routine. I believe you should be in charge of your health and wellness. My goal as a family practitioner is to bridge the gap of traditional healthcare while getting to the root cause of your ailments through a physical, emotional and spiritual approach. I am very excited to help you and the whole family on your wellness journey!

What can a holistic health practitioner help with? I can help make recommendations for some common health issues like:

Digestive issues, cleansing & detoxing from heavy metals and chemicals, parasites and yeast overgrowth, hormonal imbalances, nutritional guidance, emotional support & more.

Taylor K.

LMT | D.O.N.A Certified Birth Doula

One of the earliest forms of physical and emotional wellness support is massage therapy. Unfortunately, we have become a society where “wellness support” means pain prescriptions instead of investing time into solving health problems in a more basic manner. Taylor believes that massage is key in supporting overall physical and emotional wellness. She loves injury-specific focus work, sports massage, deep tissue work, Swedish massage, prenatal massage, postpartum massage, and infant massage. She enjoys working with clients who are looking for a relaxing massage with soft music or those who want to chat through their deep tissue session while listening to rock & roll.

As a D.O.N.A certified doula, Taylor provides support to you and your partner during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period through:
• education,
• prenatal, postpartum & infant massage,
• labor and delivery support,
• postpartum navigation,
• lactation guidance,
• emotional support, and
• patient advocacy.

Taylor is also a proud member of the Military Birth Resource Network, which provides free doula support services to United States military families.

Support during pregnancy is vital, and every birth deserves a good wingwoman.

Taylor lives on a small farm on Cape Cod with her family and a few too many animals. She enjoys strong coffee, homesteading, road trips, essential oils, thrifting, and, of course, the ocean.
